Enquiries, quotations and project agreements

Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to buying a service. Free, no-obligation quotes are available on request. This website does not take online orders or payments.

The scope, specification, price, any applicable VAT, payment arrangements, timescale and relevant cancellation information should be set out in your separate quotation and project agreement before you commit. These website terms do not replace that agreement.

Your statutory consumer rights apply. Nothing on this website takes away rights relating to faulty goods, misdescribed goods or services, or work not carried out with reasonable care and skill. Cancellation rights depend on the contract and how it is agreed; bespoke goods and installation services can have different rules.

Using website content

You may view this website and save or print information for your own personal project planning. Other use of photographs, videos, designs or text may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact us if you would like permission to reuse content.

Please do not misuse the enquiry form, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website's operation.

Accuracy, external links and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available. Please check any information material to your project directly with us, as services, materials and availability can change. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their operators are responsible for their content and services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
